Tunstall After Hours Service provides after hours monitoring for response centres who only operate during office hours. This allows smaller response centres to keep operating without the added expense of night and shift workers. Tunstall will answer as the response centre they are monitoring for and follow the appropriate procedure to seek emergency response for the client. Tunstall will also provide reporting of any incidents that have occurred during that period. |

Tunstall Overflow provides call answering for organisations when their customer service operators are all busy or the office is closed. Tunstall’s response centre consultants answer on the organisation’s behalf taking a message that is then emailed on to the organisation.
Tunstall currently answers calls for a range of different organisations including emergency response organisations, city councils and tafes. |
| Lone Worker; mobile work solution | |

Ideal for people who frequently work away from the office, Lone Worker Mobile Work Solution allows workers to register the start and finish of their day. Once they have registered for the day they become ‘live’ to Tunstall’s 24 hour response centre. This allows the worker to make immediate contact with the response centre in a duress situation, simply by pressing ‘five’ on their key pad.
The response centre will speak with the worker, find out where they are and the assistance they need. They will then make the necessary calls to get the assistance required, such as contacting the worker’s manager or emergency services. Alternately, the duress button can be registered to go directly to a manager or designated responder.
Lone Worker can also be monitored online by a manager. This allows the manager to see who has or has not logged on or off for the day and take the appropriate action. Consequently, Lone Worker can also be used as a time sheet, recording start and finish times for each worker.
Lone Worker works on most current mobile phones.

Lone Worker Advanced Mobile Solution is idea for people who regularly work away from the office and may require additional check ups throughout the day to ensure they are safe. When a worker registers at the start of the day they record their planned daily activity and proposed locations. They also set intervals for check up calls to ensure they are ok. At the designated time, Tunstall’s 24 hour response centre automatically dials the worker and requests their code. If they fail to answer the phone the response centre will dial two more times before a response centre operator listens to their recording and follows the workers set protocol for notification or assistance. This may involve calling a manager or notifying emergency services.
Lone Worker also features a duress number, which allows a worker to press ‘five’ on their key pad to make immediate contact with Tunstall’s 24 hour response centre.
Lone Worker details can also be view online by a manager to see if a worker has started or finished their shift. Consequently, Lone Worker can also be used as a time sheet, recording start and finish times for each worker.

Ideal for people who work on their own or in potentially hazardous environments, Lone Worker Fixed Location utilises a Tunstall alarm that if activated dials Tunstall’s 24 hour response centre. The 24 hour response centre will then seek the necessary assistance for the worker. Alternately, the alarm can be programmed to call an onsite manager directly. The Tunstall T400 alarm can be activated with a personal radio trigger. Each radio trigger is individually coded so the response centre will know which worker has activated their alarm.
The Tunstall T400 alarm can also be activated with a range of Tunstall environmental and specialty care sensors. These sensors include the smoke detector, flood detector, thermostats, gas detectors, fall detector and movement sensors.
