On behalf of my mother, I wish to thank you very much (for the call) on Friday 15 February 2008 during the Mackay floods.
It was a stressful time for mum and myself... (Tunstall) stayed on the phone to mum as well as relaying messages to myself...(Tunstall) was on the phone for several hours and without someone to talk to mum keeps saying she would have given up.
So this letter is to say thank you very much to your organisation... I don't think you realise what you did and how much you helped us on that day.
